The Rotacaster omni wheel is a fantastic alternative to traditional conveyor wheels currently on the market. The Rotacaster omni wheel is made from a fully injected moulded, web like frame and overmoulded polyurethane rollers. This means that the axles are fully encapsulated and there are no seams, joints or inserted pins. This means less downtime due to lost rollers and maintenance.
Rotacaster omni wheels are a full polymer wheel which make them the ideal choice for dusty, dirty or corrosive environments and provide obvious advantages over other omni wheel and conveyor wheel alternatives.
