All the benefits of the Rota-dollie combined with additional robustness. The Rotacaster Rota-skate is a highly versatile load skate alternative useable as an undercarriage for diverse custom applications.

The functionality of the omni directional Rotacaster wheels with its fixed mounting and 360 degree manoeuvrability, ensures precise positioning of loads without working around or fighting a swivel offset.

Steel mount construction means that the Rota-Skate is ideally suited to heavy-duty uses. Rotacaster omni directional wheels are mounted within a 3mm steel channel with the option of either two or three 125mm wheels per unit and 19mm (3/4”) steel cross bars connecting and spacing each load skate.

Rota-skates can alternatively be inverted for a range of applications including use as a transfer table, heavy duty pipe roller, feed rail or turntable.

Multi-purpose Multi-Mount Channels & Bars  

Customise for your individual load and weight requirements by combining the number, size and spacing of the load skate units with different length and/or additional connecting bars.

For greater direct lateral movement capability under heavy loads, combine Rotacaster wheels at 90 degrees to each other in a custom mount. Contact us directly for custom mount solutions.

Mult-Mount Channels provide several mounting alternatives and may be fitted in the following ways:

• directly to a product structure using the wheel axle bolts
• in a fixed position with two 19mm (3/4”) axle shafts
• pivoting, with one centre axle or pin (ideal for undulating surfaces)
• multi-mounts can also be used to create custom dollies or multidirectional load skates
