Generally used for driven conveyor transfer applications or where conveyance and tracking in the primary and secondary axis are important. Rotation on these beds is limited due to the fact that wheel do not rotate freely relative to the adjacent wheels.

The TCP solid rollers provide an unbushed roller providing a more economical solution. While they have a higher capacity, depending on the operating environment they may have a slightly less life span than the bushed rollers.

Full resin/polymer construction provides high impact and corrosion resistant wheel ideal for mission critical applications - Minimal risk of lost rollers.

Acetal/Delrin tm bearings for easier rollerability and bore lifespan.

Available in number of roller and bore combinations.
