12 Month Warranty:

Rotacaster offers a warranty on all products, unless otherwise specified.

Should your product require repairs due to a product fault, within 12 months from the date of purchase, then Rotacaster will repair the product free of charge (postage and handling fees apply).

Rotacaster does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. Rotacaster Wheel Limited does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer (Rotacaster Wheel Limited).

Rotacaster recommends that all safety instructions are read prior to using any product. We advise keeping the safety instructions in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.

Please keep your sales invoice as proof of commencement of the warranty period. You will be requested to produce the invoice when returning the product for repair under warranty.

Refund/Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. There must be no signs of wear and tear/use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund/return, you should first contact us at sales@omniawheel.com, with your contact details, purchase order/invoice number, reason for the return and photos of any fault (if applicable).

If your return is due to a product fault, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package via a Return Authorisation Form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/return and without a Return Authorisation Form will not be accepted.

If the return is due to a change-of-mind, you are still eligible for having the purchase price refunded, however you will be liable for the return shipping costs. In this case you will still need to email sales@omniawheel.com to arrange the return and receive a Return Authorisation Form to include with the items you wish to return.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also take photos immediately if packaging is damaged during delivery.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the items are in acceptable condition to approve the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

To initiate a refund, please contact sales@omniawheel.com. You will then be emailed a Return Authorisation Form, as well as instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via sales@omniawheel.com and accompanied by a Return Authorisation Form will not be accepted. Please note, we are not responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Items should be returned to:
Omnia Wheel
7 Enterprise Drive
Beresfield NSW 2322

If you live locally, you can elect to return the items in person, but you must first contact us to receive a Return Authorisation Form.
